For over fifteen years, I have provided therapeutic support and group facilitation across a broad range of settings, including counselling rooms, hostels, prisons, probation offices, schools, community settings, and family homes. This has given me a solid and wide-ranging foundation of experience, and it has shaped a practice that is both grounded and responsive.

Working alongside individuals and relationships experiencing depression, anxiety, psychosexual concerns, emotional regulation, grief, suicidal thoughts, relationship difficulties, communication problems, life dilemmas, burnout, stress, addictions, compulsive behaviours, the pressures that can arise within sport among the many other issues people trust to share within this space. I bring that experience directly into the room, with clarity, focus, and a practical understanding of complexity.

My training includes relationship psychotherapy, psychosexual training, the Gottman Relationship Method, Trauma certification, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, work with survivors of sexual abuse, and work therapeutically with LGBTQ+ clients. I also hold advanced breathwork training with the Oxygen Advantage, which I use where it is clinically relevant and helpful.

What I offer is not just experience, but a steady, committed, and thoughtful approach to therapy. I work in a way that is direct, engaged, and purposeful, with the aim of helping people move beyond stuck patterns and toward something more honest, workable, and meaningful.
