Compassionately Curious Counselling
Integrative Counselling and Relationship Counselling with Adam Campbell.

Integrative Counselling is an approach that incorporates elements from different therapeutic techniques and theoretical backgrounds. The goal of integrative counselling is to bring together various aspects of different modalities in order to create a personalised and effective plan tailored to the specific needs of the individual. By drawing from a variety of approaches, integrative counselling aims to address the complex and multifaceted nature of human experiences and psychological issues. Integrative counselling can be particularly beneficial for individuals who have not found success with a single therapeutic approach or who have diverse needs that may not be fully addressed by one type of therapy alone.
“It's not that something different is seen but that one see's differently”
Carl Jung
Welcome
As an accredited, (NCPS), registered (BACP) and student member with (COSRT) for individual and relationship counselling, alongside breathwork coaching, I have extensive experience in addressing various challenges of the human experience, including mental, emotional, physical, social, sexual and relational health.
This includes in-person counselling in a peaceful office environment located in Coleraine, online counselling sessions that enable me to work with individuals across Ireland, UK, Europe, and United States, and walking therapy. This unique approach combines therapy with nature walks along peaceful trails close to the Coleraine.
Through our therapeutic relationship and collaborative working, we aim to cultivate an experience for you to acknowledge and work through the challenges and complexities of this life with a mindset of curiosity.
